The building is in the heart of the East village ( Tompkins SQ park) downtown Manhattan. Have great restaurants and lot of bars literally right outside the door. Near L train for easy access to anywhere in Manhattan. As well as many buses lines around the corner can easily go anywhere.

--Only 15-20 minutes to the Times SQ, and same distant to the Ground Zero.

--Take 10-15 minutes to Wall ST, City Hall.
