It is a one-bedroom apartment, I'm renting out my room and I will get the walk-through living-room for myself, you will get the bedroom. There are many restaurants, cafe's, close to the Subway 7 train and a few minutes to Midtown Manhattan.

LOCATION

The room is located in Sunnyside Queens, a great area very close to mid-town Manhattan, a cheap cab fare or subway gets you there very easy. Also very near the LGA airport.

-After the you have booked the reservation the remining balance 80% plus a 20% security deposit must be provided in cash. The 20% will be refunded upon check-out.
