and laundrymat at the corner; clean and quite neighborhood in Astoria

The N train is at 3 blocks away. -15 min. to Manhattan.

10 min. or less away from La Guardia Airport. ($8 Taxi Fare)

Small Room $59 p/night

Large Room $79 p/night

Payment is due at 1st day of your stay.I accept all major forms of payment like Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, echeck, cash, travelers checks, (no personal check);

Please pay the 20% deposit to secure the booking. The reamaining balance is available upon check in.

Additionally there is a 20% security deposit, which is refundable upon departure if all is in order.
