It could be your comfortable and affordable home in Buenos Aires, without having to pay more for unnecessary frills and extras. Plus the area is inhabitated by locals and not solely by tourists. In the apartment block there are only locals, who are all very friendly. If you arrive at the apartment outside the hours from 9.00am - 6.00pm- there will a small supplement to pay, in order to pay our staff extra that greets you. outside their working hours. If the apartment is booked up the night before, you will not be able to check in until early afternoon. No maid service whilst you are there is included, but it is available upon request and for an extra nominal fee.
