How do I book my vacation rental?

- To book a vacation rental is very easy, you can search by city, country or state directly from the homepage. You can also search by price, type, and size from our "Advanced Search" tab. Once you clicked on the your search options, you will receive a list of vacation rentals to choose from. After deciding which property you want to book you can then click on the "Book Here!" tab.

1. Then:
1. Fill out the Booking Form completely.
2. Click on "calculate" to see the rental total amount, (20% of this needed to book the reservation).
3. Click on "Book Now" button.
4. You will now need to fill out all your contact information and make sure it is all correct, so that the vacation rental owner will get the correct information.
5. You will be prompted to the payment Gateway. Payment must be made with credit or debit cards only. Make sure to pay the amount that is listed, (it will default to 20% plus the booking fee). The remaining balance is due upon arrival either in cash or other specified arrangement, directly to the owner.
6. You have now made a deposit and will receive your confirmation of deposit payment to your e-mail address. The information will contain the address and phone number of the owner.
7. The owner will get exactly the same e-mail at the same time, so you can contact each other.
8. Simply meet, check-in and enjoy your vacation rental!

What is the cancellation policy?

Each vacation rental ad may have its own cancellation policy which is noted specifically in their ad and in most cases the balance is requested to be paid upon arrival in exchange for the keys.

Generally, the property owner and customer keep in touch, so please let the property owner know if you wish to cancel. In the event of cancellation your deposit of (20%) will be forfeited.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

All vacation rentals have a minimum of 20% deposit that will be refunded upon departure, this is the deposit that is already paid when making the booking. In some cases the property owner may ask for more, if so this will be specified in the ad and you will know this prior to making the booking.

What is the check-in procedure?

In most cases you need to bring cash to pay the remaining balance unless otherwise pre-arranged with the vacation rental owner. Most owners require you to fill out a contract to complete the check-in, they also need identification ie; drivers license and passport. Please ask these questions directly to the owner.

Can I change my booking?

Most owners allow you to make changes upon availability of their vacation rental, please contact the owner directly. You must keep your reservation or forfeit your deposit unless otherwise agreed upon with the owner. If a change takes place the 20% security deposit is not refunded unless otherwise agreed upon with the vacation rental owner. What happens if my flight is delayed?

In this event please call the vacation rental owner as soon as possible to arrange for them to meet you for other arrangements.
