Rentals can be charged per rental or per person per rental.

Per Vacation Rental

Rentals are charged per rental per night. The price of the rental does not change according to the number of occupants in it.

Per Person per Vacation Rental

Rentals are charged per rental per night. However, the price of the rental changes according to the number of occupants in it. You can have up to 5 different prices per rental for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 adults plus an additional price per child. You do not have to use all 5 prices of course and the child price is optional.
